What are your business hours/ when will my order ship?
Our business hours are currently T-F 10:00am -5:00pm! We do our very best to make sure that your package gets to you as soon as possible.
My order arrived damaged...what can we do?
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact us at: email@example.com, get a detailed description of the damage, and please include pictures showing the damage. In some circumstances, UPS or USPS may require to inspect the package in its "original packaging," so please do not throw out the box or packaging content (peanuts, bubble wrap, etc). If the information needed is provided we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. If the item is discontinued, a store credit will be issued.
Can I send a note with my order?
At this time we are unable to include notes in orders. The notes section of the shopping cart is specifically for notes to our shop.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping home decor (which is often very large and quite heavy) is a very costly expense. While many larger businesses offer this wonderful commodity, because we are a small family operated business we are not able to offer this service at this time.
Our shipping rates are based on your shopping cart's subtotal and reflect an accurate shipping charge via USPS or UPS.
Can I select which mail carrier ships my package?
The Arrow's Nest reserves all rights to select the most economical shipping method. This selection allows us to strive to keep product costs low and shipping rates affordable. Thank you for your help.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Most of our orders ship via UPS and UPS unfortunately does not support shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box please considering having this shipped to a friend, family member, or workplace if they are willing to help.
I am sending a gift, will there be an invoice included?
Because so many people send items from the shop as gifts, we do not include invoices in packages. Your invoice will be emailed to you right after checkout, and you will receive a shipping notification and tracking numbers when your order ships.
Can I cancel my order, or change my address?
Because orders are packaged and shipped so quickly, we can not always cancel orders, or change addresses after an order has been placed. Make sure to double check your order and shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after your order is placed, please email us right away, and we will check if it is able to be changed. After an order has been fulfilled/shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns. If your item has arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship orders very quickly and can not usually cancel orders.
Can you donate product for a review/auction/giveaway?
We do donate items, but due to the fact that we are a small family business that gets dozens of requests each week, we have to limit the amount of giveaways we are a part of.
